CountrySide Inn

We stayed here for 3 night's during the time of my my nephew's funeral. CountrySide is a very warm and cosy hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Nichole the manager, and the staff were very accommodating and kind. I highly irecommend this hotel if you're in the area or passing through.

I thought place like this only existed in hallmark movies! Such a quaint cozy homely place to stay! The service was excellent, each interaction with the employees was beyond pleasant, they were people who actually like their job. Not to mention free hot cocoa bar as soon as you walked in and just enough breakfast to get your day started. Rooms were very clean. Absolutely would recommend!

Where do I begin! This is the most precious and beautiful place I’ve ever stayed before in my life! I felt right at home. The staff is exceptional, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe and I would almost like to say you feel loved From the excellent clean rooms to the precious notes you walk in the room to and the beautiful people I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else! I’ve traveled and stayed in some 5 star places and Country Side tops them ALL!! Thank You God Bless

We had an emergency with my mother's heat being out when she returned home from the hospital. They were very accommodating, helpful, and showed care as we arrived at midnight. They also were able to supply us with some items we forgot and thought for sure we would have to go back to the house. With the uncertainty of the repair to the furnace they worked with late checkout and reserving us the room another night in case we couldn't go home. Also, the cookies were yummy.

The Countryside Inn in Nappanee, In., is a wonderful hotel. All the staff is friendly and so nice. The rooms are super clean. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need. Breakfast has multiple selections each morning. Definitely my choice when in this area.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The beds are quite comfortable and it was easy to sleep here. Breakfast wasn't very exciting since it was just a cold bar and waffles, but it worked. Update: I had a slight billing issue and they were very helpful in getting it resolved. I definitely recommend this hotel for the friendly staff alone.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are big and clean. I would definitely return to visit again. I could not believe how nice the beds were made, and also how beautifully the bathroom was set. Also very quiet inside of the hotel.

The staff was great, the rooms were nice and clean, the showers are awesome but the heads are for short folks. Breakfast was small and quick but good. A little on the expensive side for a room for the night. Service was top tier though, i do appreciate that
